New, exciting opportunity at a luxury skin clinic near Ladbroke Grove.

We are looking for a highly organised Skin Studio Manager who is also keen to keep their hands-on skills, performing facial treatments one or two days a week.

Management tasks include

• Engagement with the team to maintain high morale and work ethic
• Liaising with clients, ensuring an excellent customer journey
• Stock management
• Staff rotas
• Driving business, promotions and events
• Managing bookings to maximise revenue

Treatments include

• Facials
• Microneedling
• Radio Frequency
• Laser/IPL

The successful candidate will be managing a small, friendly team of six people.

This role is four days a week. The rota will include two Saturdays a month off and no Sundays.

Salary: £38,500 basic, plus commission and bonuses on top.
