GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Courier Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Exeter, Exeter Logistics Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from customers, upholding the company's values and ethos by delivering service with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude.

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:30
• 30 minutes unpaid break

Pay

• £14.73 per hour
• £2.80 per hour shift premium after 7:00pm
• £1.22 per hour Saturday premium
• £2.27 per hour Sunday premium

The Role

• Time-definite deliveries and collections along an assigned geographical route
• Occasional flexibility to cover alternative routes to support business needs
• Scanning shipments and working quickly and efficiently to meet warehouse deadlines
• Strong customer-focused approach as a frontline representative of the company
• Good planning and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet customer expectations

What You'll Need

• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in a multi-drop courier role
• At least 21 years old, with no more than 9 penalty points in the last 3 years
• Security training will be given when required

As this role is based within a major UK airport, all applicants will be required to complete pre-employment screening in accordance with aviation security regulations, including a 5-year history check (or equivalent documentation) and a UK criminal record check.
