We are recruiting for a Spa Manager for a luxury 5-star hotel in Ireland. If you do not have an Irish passport, a work permit can be arranged for the right person.

About the role

You will be managing a team of 12 – 18 people, so will need to be confident in motivating others to succeed. Facials and massage are the most popular treatments, and you must be willing to provide VIP treatments or help out when needed.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to join the team, or for an Assistant Manager who is now ready to step up and work in a beautiful spa with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities

• Driving business to maximise revenue and elevate client experience
• Marketing and seasonal events to enrich the client journey
• Acting as Brand Ambassador for the business
• Ensuring client experience exceeds expectations
• Supporting the team and nurturing their growth
• Providing treatments as and when needed
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Conducting regular team meetings to enhance communication and collaboration
• Working closely with the Hotel General Manager to create a seamless experience for team members and guests alike

Package

• €55,000 – €60,000 per year
• 2 hot meals a day whilst on duty

Accommodation

Staff accommodation available – €520 per month (all bills included).

August 2026.
