Larkspur Recruitment is recruiting reliable Medium Wheelbase (MWB) Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to join a leading parcel delivery company operating throughout the Folkestone area.

Working from our depot in Aylesham, near Canterbury, you will deliver within a high-density delivery area, allowing you to become familiar with the operation and maximise your earning potential over time.

Please note: due to the location of our depot, applicants must have their own transport to travel to and from work.

What You Will Receive

• Typical take-home earnings of £100 - £130+ per day after fuel and van rental costs.
• Paid per parcel.
• Company MWB van available for £27 per day, with van rental including all required insurance.
• Heavily discounted fuel card available, with fuel costs deducted from your weekly invoice.
• No upfront vehicle or fuel costs.
• Weekly payments (your first payment is made three weeks after your first working week, then paid weekly thereafter).
• Work 5 days out of 7 on a rolling rota, with the opportunity to work a 6th day if desired.
• Sunday working only required during the Christmas peak period.
• Immediate starts available, with full training provided.
• Ongoing support from an experienced management team and consistent long-term work.

About the Role

Your day will begin between 8:30am and 9:00am from our depot in Aylesham. You will deliver a mixture of small and large parcels within two postcode sectors across the Folkestone area. This is a high-volume, high-density operation with minimal travelling between stops, helping experienced drivers complete their routes efficiently.

Once fully trained, many drivers regularly finish between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. You won't be expected to complete a full workload on your first day – your parcel volume will increase gradually as you gain confidence and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a company Medium Wheelbase (MWB) van.
• Deliver parcels safely and efficiently.
• Complete customer collections when required.
• Use handheld scanning equipment and delivery applications.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow planned delivery routes.
• Represent the courier professionally at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• A full UK manual driving licence held for at least two years.
• Aged 21 or over (insurance purposes).
• No more than six live penalty points and no major driving endorsements.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Ability to pass a basic DBS check.
• A UTR number, or willingness to register as self-employed.

Previous multi-drop or courier experience is preferred but not essential. Applicants with experience working for Amazon, DPD, Evri, DHL, FedEx, Yodel, Royal Mail or similar parcel delivery companies are particularly welcome.
