An established and growing mortgage brokerage is seeking a Mortgage Paraplanner to join its Belfast-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with mortgage industry experience to support advisers and help deliver outstanding client service throughout the mortgage application process.

The Role

• Support Mortgage Advisers with research and case preparation.
• Source suitable mortgage and protection solutions using sourcing systems.
• Prepare recommendation and suitability documentation.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, and clients throughout the application process.
• Manage pipeline cases and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Assist in progressing applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.

About You

• Previous experience in a Mortgage Paraplanner, Mortgage Administrator, or similar support role.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and the mortgage application process.
• Experience using mortgage sourcing and CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
