The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Financial Planner to join a growing, supportive team. You will be working with pre-qualified clients, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality advice and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing clear, jargon-free financial advice to clients
• Supporting clients with pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
• Managing and developing your own client pipeline
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Building trusted, long-term client relationships
• Supporting business growth through new and existing clients

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum)
• Around 1-2 years' experience in a Financial Adviser role
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• Comfortable building relationships and developing new business
• Professional, coachable, and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence required
