Private Client Director

Our client is looking for a Private Client Director to join their team. The role involves meeting with clients and prospective clients to provide financial planning in accordance with the company's propositions, generating compliant initial and ongoing income for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with FCA rules and guidance and Compliance and T&C procedures.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities using existing clients, leads provided by the company, and self-generated opportunities.
• Deal with client affairs with integrity and efficiency.
• Prepare full and complete recommendation reports, with support from the Paraplanning team.
• Maintain and develop client relations, maximising their potential and accurately inputting information into the CRM system in a timely manner.
• Ensure all revenue targets are met and work is completed in a compliant manner meeting the company's quality standards.
• Adhere fully to the company's Private Client Proposition.
• Work in a team environment, responding to referrals within the agreed SLA.
• Maintain appropriate CPD.

About You

• Experience in research, analysis and interpretation, file preparation, and report writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work largely unsupervised, while contributing to team goals and objectives.
• Regulated sales and client management experience.
• Experience working with professional introducers.
• QCA Level 4 minimum - essential; QCA Level 6 - desired.
