VIP Onsite IT Support Analyst (Apple & Google Workspace)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + bonus

Working pattern: Onsite, Monday to Friday

The opportunity

We are recruiting a VIP Onsite IT Support Analyst to support a high-profile client across two modern Central London offices in King’s Cross and London Bridge.

This is a highly visible, people-facing IT support role, providing gold-standard, in-person support in stylish, well-designed offices. The environment is professional and well-run, and the London team also has access to excellent workspace facilities at Runway East.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being onsite, building relationships with users, and delivering an exceptional support experience rather than working purely from a ticket queue.

The role

As the VIP Onsite IT Support Analyst, you will act as the trusted onsite IT presence, supporting a mixed Apple and Windows environment and ensuring users receive a consistently high standard of service.

• Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing desk-side, face-to-face IT support to high-profile users
• Supporting MacOS, iPhone, and Windows devices
• Building, configuring, and deploying Macs and PCs
• Administering and supporting Google Workspace
• Supporting Microsoft 365 alongside Google Workspace
• Managing Apple devices using Apple-based MDM (Addigy preferred)
• Supporting AV and meeting room technology (Yealink used throughout)
• Assisting with endpoint security, including EDR, mail filtering, and vulnerability management
• Acting as a calm, professional point of contact within a premium office environment

Skills and experience

This role would suit someone currently working as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Analyst, Onsite Support Engineer, Mac Support Analyst, or Apple IT Support Technician.

• You will ideally have:
• Strong experience supporting Apple devices (MacOS / iPhone)
• A clear understanding of Apple-based MDM management (rather than Intune-led environments)
• Experience administering Google Workspace
• Confidence supporting Windows PCs
• Exposure to AV support, particularly meeting room systems
• Awareness of EDR, email security, and vulnerability management
• Excellent communication skills and a service-led, professional manner

Not every skill is essential. Training and development can be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
