AUDIOLOGIST/HEARING AID DISPENSER - Hinckley

About the Role

We are recruiting for a well-established, trusted audiology provider that delivers personalised hearing care across multiple locations in the Midlands. This is a role blending clinic-based work with home visits, based around Hinckley and Leicester.

A Typical Day

• Morning: clinic-based appointments
• Afternoon: home visits / domiciliary service
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:30
• Travel within 30 minutes of clinic (driving required)
• Patients pre-qualified by a skilled reception team
• Typical appointments include full hearing tests and hearing aid demos (90 minutes), annual service appointments (30-60 minutes), and optional wax removal (training provided)

What We Are Looking For

• RHAD qualified
• Minimum 12 months' private audiology experience
• Wax removal skills not essential, training provided
• Confident in patient communication and care
• Team-focused, empathetic, and innovative
• Community-oriented, able to engage with care homes, GPs, and referral networks

Technology & Hearing Aids

• Manufacturers: Phonak, Unitron, Oticon, Widex, GN, Starkey
• 90-day exchange period, 12-month interest-free finance available
• Full access to diagnostic tools and hearing aid demonstration technology

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: £34,000 (negotiable) + 2.5% commission on all sales
• Car allowance or fleet car plus mileage/fuel card
