Role Overview

Senex Recruitment is working on behalf of a client based in Pulborough, West Sussex to recruit a Test Technician specialising in mechanical and materials testing. This is a permanent, on-site role offering flexible working options, full or part time.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out mechanical and materials testing on components and products
• Recording, analysing and reporting test results accurately
• Setting up and operating test rigs and equipment
• Working to relevant testing standards and procedures
• Liaising with engineering teams on test outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a mechanical or materials testing environment
• Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Comfortable using test equipment and interpreting results
• Strong communication skills for reporting findings to engineering teams
