PSM Recruitment is looking for an experienced and committed Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, development and delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services.
The successful candidate will ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements, relevant legislation and company policies, whilst maintaining a safe, effective and person-centred environment for both service users and staff.
This is a hands-on management role, with responsibility for leading the care team, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Ensure systems, processes and practices meet CQC Quality Standards.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all regulatory requirements are consistently met.
Identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action where required.
Lead, manage and support the care team to deliver a safe, high-quality and responsive service.
Conduct regular staff supervisions, audits and team meetings.
Ensure staff training, competencies and professional development remain fully up to date.
Provide effective leadership, guidance and support to the wider care team.
Promote a positive culture focused on high standards of care and continuous improvement.
Oversee initial assessments, care planning and regular reviews, ensuring a personalised, person-centred approach.
Monitor service user satisfaction and respond promptly and effectively to concerns or complaints.
Ensure care documentation is accurate, person-centred and maintained in a timely manner.
Monitor the quality of care being delivered and ensure appropriate standards are consistently maintained.
Experienced in a Registered Manager or senior management role within domiciliary care.
Confident managing and developing a care team.
Strongly focused on CQC compliance, quality and safeguarding.
Organised, approachable and confident dealing with staff, service users and their families.
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Able to identify areas for improvement and take ownership of implementing positive change.
Salary £30,000 - £32,000.
Shifts Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
