We're recruiting for a well-established and growing manufacturer with a reputation for delivering high-quality, bespoke products across a range of exciting projects. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative design team where your ideas, technical expertise and project leadership skills will genuinely make an impact.

You'll take projects from concept through to production, working closely with clients, engineering and manufacturing teams to create innovative, practical and visually striking solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading multiple design projects from initial brief to final manufacture.
• Producing 3D models, technical drawings and design documentation using Autodesk Inventor.
• Working directly with clients to develop concepts and bring ideas to life.
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to ensure designs are both commercially and technically successful.
• Supporting and mentoring junior designers.
• Helping drive continuous improvement across design processes and standards.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a CAD Designer, Design Engineer, Technical Designer or similar role.
• Strong 3D CAD and technical drawing skills.
• Autodesk Inventor experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects and client relationships.
• An organised and practical approach to problem solving.
• HNC, HND or Degree qualified in a relevant engineering, manufacturing or design discipline.
