Senior Nail Technician

We are seeking top-tier Senior Nail Technicians who excel in advanced techniques and deliver a refined, five-star service to an affluent clientele in an exclusive, low-capacity setting.

Roles available:
– Full-time and part-time (including weekends)

Required Qualifications & Certifications:
– NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy/Nail Technology or equivalent alongside salon experience.
– Certified E-File Qualification.
– Right to work in the UK.

Required Expertise:
1. Advanced & Specialist Nail Services
– BIAB / Builder Gel: Mastery in overlays, infills, structure building, and natural nail health.
– Russian Manicure & Pedicure: Impeccable e-file cuticle care, precision prep, and deep polish application.
– Japanese Manicure & Pedicure: Natural nail restoration, buffing, and strengthening techniques (this is an advantage but not essential).
– Classic Manicure & Pedicure: Traditional luxury care, polish application, and therapeutic treatments.
– E-File Proficiency: Safe, efficient preparation, removal, and shaping using modern electric file techniques.
– Acrylic Enhancements: Full sets, infills, and sculpted extensions.
– Nail Art: Precision line work, elevated French manicures, and trending custom designs.
2. Beauty Services (Desirable / Bonus)
– Brows: Tinting, shaping, and waxing
– Lashes: Lash lifting & lamination

Ideal Candidate Profile
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-end salon or professional beauty environment
– Thrives in a small-team, intimate setting where client relationships and meticulous craftsmanship come first
– High aesthetic awareness, attention to detail, and immaculate standards of hygiene
– Exceptional client-facing skills: warm, professional, attentive, and confident working with high-net-worth individuals
