Our client is looking for an Account Associate to support their Financial Education and Strategic Partnerships team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in relationship coordination or client service who's keen to contribute directly to new business development and commercial growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating the onboarding journey for new corporate clients
• Assisting with day-to-day relationship management across a portfolio of corporate clients and prospects
• Supporting the creation and delivery of tailored financial education proposals and programmes
• Helping organise and deliver virtual and in-person events, including new client pitches and demos
• Keeping the CRM updated and supporting pipeline management activity

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client support or coordinator role
• Competent in Microsoft Office and database management
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and spot opportunities
