Administrator (Health & Protection / Corporate Benefits) London/Weybridge
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator - Health & Protection (Corporate Benefits) to join a successful and growing financial services business.
The role will provide high-quality administration and support across Corporate Risk and Corporate Healthcare, working alongside advisers and more senior members of the support team to assist with both existing and new business.
You will support the management of corporate client portfolios, helping with day-to-day administration, client queries, renewals, market reviews, membership changes and provider invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across Corporate Risk and Corporate Healthcare client portfolios.
- Support advisers and senior members of the team with existing and new business.
- Respond to queries from clients and advisers in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the renewal and market review of corporate schemes.
- Support the provider invoicing process, including checking invoices and following up on unpaid income.
- Liaise with Finance and other internal teams regarding invoicing and income queries.
- Process membership changes across corporate schemes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and data.
- Provide general administration and support to the wider Health & Protection team.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a client-focused administrative role.
- An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A genuine interest in developing a career within financial services.
