Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser - Ruislip

I'm recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established independent hearing care business in Ruislip.

This would particularly suit an experienced Audiologist/HAD who enjoys having the time to really understand their patients, deliver tailored hearing solutions and build long-term relationships rather than taking a purely transactional approach to hearing care.

What is on offer

• Salary up to £50,000 FTE
• 10% commission once a £10k threshold is achieved
• No weekend working
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Clinic-based role - driving is not essential

• Established patient base and strong ongoing demand
• Training available in wax removal if required

Equipment and manufacturers

You will have access to modern audiology equipment including REMs, tympanometry, video otoscopy and hearing aid demonstration technology, working with leading hearing aid manufacturers including Signia, Starkey and ReSound.

The business is looking for someone who combines strong clinical standards with commercial awareness, but above all genuinely cares about the patient journey. Someone who can listen, understand the impact hearing loss has on an individual's lifestyle and recommend the right solution for that person.
