Join a Truly Independent Hearing Care Provider

I am extremely proud to be working in partnership with another exceptional client. As a leading, truly independent hearing health provider, they deliver outstanding hearing care in over 390 practices across the UK and are rapidly expanding globally.

We are looking for passionate Audiologists to grow their team and provide world-class care to their patients.

This is your opportunity to join a company that values honesty, transparency, simplicity and trust, while focusing on a patient-centred culture. You will be part of a forward-thinking team offering unparalleled support, and the freedom to manage your own day.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver comprehensive hearing consultations using a unique, patient-focused 7-stage process designed to ensure the best possible care and aftercare.
  • Conduct detailed hearing assessments, including REMs, wax removal (training provided if needed), and counselling tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Work with a range of hearing aid manufacturers, offering solutions that meet varied budgets.
  • Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals within the network to ensure seamless and holistic patient experiences.
  • Provide unparalleled aftercare, going above and beyond to ensure every patient feels valued and supported.

What is on Offer

  • Salary: up to £42,000 basic DOE
  • Car allowance: £4,000 per year
  • Competitive commission: 10%, uncapped earnings potential
  • Flexible working options – full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Training and development: ongoing CPD, including training in endoscopic microsuction
  • Annual leave: 26 days (25 days plus your birthday off) plus bank holidays
  • Private healthcare
  • Death in service benefit (2 x salary)
  • Access to discounts, savings and rewards
  • Company sick pay and pension contributions

What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced audiologists with 2+ years’ experience, but newly qualified candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Individuals who are patient-centred, empathetic and commercially minded.
  • A clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple clinics (5 to 10 on average) within an hour’s radius.
  • Professionals who value honesty, humility and teamwork, and are hungry to grow and develop their careers.

You will be fully supported to deliver clinical excellence, with access to a vast ready-to-go patient database and a team who take care of your diary management, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional hearing care.

If you are ready to take the next step in your career and work for a company that values its people as much as its patients, I would love to hear from you.

Unfortunately sponsorship is not available for these roles.

Locations available: across the UK.
