2 - 3 days a week | Clinic Based | Independent Hearing Care

I'm recruiting for a lovely independent hearing centre in Newbury looking for an experienced Audiologist to join their small, supportive team on a part-time basis - 2 or 3 days a week.

This could be a great opportunity if you want to stay in private Audiology but are looking for a role where you have proper time with your patients and the freedom to focus on doing good Audiology.

The clinic has a strong reputation locally, with much of its business coming through recommendation and word of mouth, and appointments are typically up to an hour, allowing time to understand the patient, assess their hearing properly and talk through the right solution for them.

The role will include hearing assessments, treatment recommendations, hearing aid fitting, rehabilitation and ongoing aftercare.

• 2 - 3 days per week
• Clinic based in central Newbury
• £36,000 FTE basic + 4% commission
• Trigger-free commission
• Up to 60 minutes with patients
• No Saturday working
• 25 days' holiday FTE
• Predominantly Starkey, with some Oticon
• Excellent access to training and development
• Small, supportive team
• On-site hearing aid repair support
• An employer willing to invest in your development

Wax removal experience would be useful, but if you are not currently trained, training can be provided.

You will need to be HCPC registered, clinically confident and, most importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients and providing long-term hearing care.
