Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser - Ruislip

Recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established independent hearing care business in Ruislip. Would particularly suit an experienced Audiologist/HAD who enjoys having the time to really understand their patients and build long-term relationships rather than taking a purely transactional approach to hearing care.

• Salary up to £50,000 FTE
• 10% commission once a £10k threshold is achieved
• No weekend working

Access to modern audiology equipment including REMs, tympanometry, video otoscopy and hearing aid demonstration technology, working with leading manufacturers including Signia, Starkey and ReSound.

The business is looking for someone who combines strong clinical standards with commercial awareness, but above all genuinely cares about the patient journey — someone who can listen, understand the impact hearing loss has on a person's lifestyle, and recommend the right solution.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a proven track record in commercial audiology experience (wax removal desirable — training available)
• Combines technical skill with genuine empathy and excellent patient rapport
• Is HCPC registered and confident delivering full hearing assessments and aftercare
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
