Bird & Blend - Mixologist Team Leader (Fixed Term Contract)

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is looking for a Mixologist Team Leader to join its team at Bluewater on a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2026, working 32 hours per week.

About the role

The Team Leader supports the effective day-to-day running of the store. Working alongside the Store & Assistant Store Manager, Team Leaders lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience for everyone who walks through the doors, stepping up in the absence of a manager to both delegate and support the team while maintaining a safe, clean and commercial environment.

Duties may include

• Ensuring the customer experience is delivered, leading by example
• Opening and closing the store and communicating targets to the team
• Communicating clearly with the Store & Assistant Store Manager on daily, weekly and monthly tasks
• Delegating jobs to team members and following up on completion
• Ensuring the store is full, clean and tidy at all times
• Ensuring accurate stock management, including wastage and incoming stock
• Making sure store samples are relevant, tasty and displayed cleanly
• Ensuring the kitchen is maintained and all ingredients are available
• Supporting the team with enquiries and issues in the absence of a manager
