Are you looking for something hands-on but also customer focused? This role could be for you — a full driving licence is required. Hours: Monday - Friday.

Purpose: bring COOK concessions to life in partner stores by delivering high-quality new and incremental launches and maintaining exceptional brand and retail standards across the estate.

The Role

• Responsible for brand and retail standards across concessions
• Repairing and refreshing POS and remerchandising food where needed
• Visiting existing stores to audit brand/retail standard concerns
• Training store staff on defrosting freezers, stock ordering, merchandising and concession standards
• Placing or drafting orders for retailers in-store
• Remerchandising food in freezers where required

New & Incremental Launches

• Physically setting up new and incremental launches
• Pre-launch calls to retailers, installing cladding/POS, merchandising food
• Logging snagging issues, taking photographic records, completing fortnightly launch reports
• Use of a van and driving required to collect and relocate POS

Trade Show and Event Work

Assisting with stand set-up, deliveries, display freezers and POS; involves occasional overnight stays and evening/weekend events (time given back in lieu).

Admin

Typically 1 day a week working from home, using the CRM system, attending team calls and quarterly meetings.

Good to Have

A practical, hands-on approach; strong problem-solving skills; highly organised; confident communicator; able to travel and stay away overnight; experience of field-based, branded or physical launch/merchandising work.
