Location: Kent (field-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00 to £45,000.00 per annum

Our established client is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their field sales team across Kent.

This is a field-based role requiring a self-motivated individual who can identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Kent region
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
• Conduct face-to-face client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and tender responses
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records on CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
• Report on pipeline activity and market intelligence to management

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in field-based business development or B2B sales
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience using CRM systems
