The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year commercial insurance sales experience – motor and/or non-motor
- A hard working and target driven attitude with a proven track record of success within a similar role
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A tenacious, sales driven working attitude
- A genuine desire to progress within the insurance industry
