Community Equipment Clinical Advisor / Occupational Therapist

About the Role

Trusted Recruiter is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in Croydon. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape community equipment services and support clinical excellence across the region, available on a Full-Time (40 hours) or Part-Time (25 hours) basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on community equipment and assistive technology.
• Support complex and specialist cases.
• Promote safe, evidence-based prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with health and social care professionals to improve equipment pathways.
• Lead audits, governance, and service improvement initiatives.
• Deliver clinical training and education to support clinicians.
• Evaluate new products and technologies for integration into service delivery.
• Analyse service performance and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Allied Health Professional.
• Significant post-registration experience in community equipment or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong knowledge of equipment prescribing and assistive technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering training and supporting clinicians.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes.
