Concessions Co-Ordinator - Sittingbourne

Join Our COOK Family as a Concessions Coordinator. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 17.00.

Purpose: as part of the Concessions team, provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to New Business, Field Sales, National, Launch, Office teams and the Concessions Director.

Role

• Meetings — coordinate and schedule meetings for internal teams and external visitors, including kitchen tours
• Systems and Data Maintenance — keep Qlik, Sell, Unity and other systems up to date
• Sales Reporting — pull weekly/monthly/quarterly data into reports or slides
• Social media — plan key dates and build the yearly content calendar with other coordinators
• EDI & Self Service — support automation and efficiency initiatives
• Product Support — support coordinators on changes, recalls, issues and range queries
• Stock Management — printed materials, small POS items, uniform and tasting equipment
• Samples — support sample box mailings after tradeshows/events
• Team Rewards, Event Planning and Celebrations
• Ticketing System Maintenance — assign and resolve tickets within timeframe; pull monthly reports
• New Business Support — mapping and follow-up for new leads
• Launch Support — support field sales and launch teams as required
• Field Support — book/coordinate monthly team meetings; complete Concessions Manager KPI tracker
• National Support — wastage/sales reports, account closures, monthly national sales report, rebates/credits, new lead input

Essential

Excellent organisation, negotiation and prioritisation skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to use own initiative; good Word/Excel/Outlook skills; calm under pressure; prior customer service experience.

Good to Have

Previous sales or coordinator experience; B2B relationship intelligence; experience with a branded product; a record of overachieving sales targets.
