About the Role

This role is available on a full or part time basis. You will have the opportunity to provide tailored contact lens solutions to meet each customer's unique needs. You will work within a committed and professional team that prides itself on delivering exceptional clinical and technical standards. Ongoing training and the latest products are provided to help you offer outstanding aftercare and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent customer service and care
• Use your expertise to recommend and fit the most appropriate contact lenses and solutions for individual customers
• Maintain high clinical and technical standards in all aspects of contact lens fitting and aftercare
• Participate in ongoing Continuing Education and Training (CET) to stay up to date with industry advancements
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty through excellent service
• Work across multiple branches as required, gaining varied and rewarding experience

• Be a qualified Contact Lens Optician with strong clinical knowledge
• Have experience in contact lens fitting and aftercare
