Westin Par is supporting a highly regarded commercial interiors and fit-out contractor in the appointment of a Contracts Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing business delivering high-quality workplace, retail and hospitality fit-out projects throughout London and the South East.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial fit-out, interior refurbishment, shopfitting or specialist contracting and will be comfortable managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role

• Manage multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects simultaneously.
• Oversee the delivery of workplace, office, retail and hospitality projects.
• Lead Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractor performance and project resources.
• Work closely with commercial and operational teams to maximise project profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Attend regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Manage project programmes, resource planning and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety standards.
• Oversee project completion, handover and client aftercare.

The Person

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial fit-out, interiors, refurbishment or shopfitting.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship management experience.
• Excellent understanding of project delivery, construction programmes and subcontractor management.
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance quality, programme and profitability.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Experience

• Commercial office fit-out projects.
• CAT A and CAT B fit-out delivery.
• Retail fit-out and refurbishment.
• Hospitality and leisure projects.
• Joinery and bespoke interior installations.
• JCT Contract knowledge.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Construction-related qualification.

• Salary up to £70,000.
