We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to supervise the day-to-day work of our Course Administration team, ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of student administration services. The role also provides administrative and systems support, including staff training and the provision of management information to support operational and strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, improving processes, and supporting colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.
You will be confident working with systems and data, have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
