Customer Service Agent – Part Time – Temp to Perm

The Opportunity
- A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join an established leisure services provider.
- Part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.
- Ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
Working Hours
- Rotating 4-week shift pattern, averaging 20 hours per week.
- Typically 4 days per week, with one 5-day working week.
- Mixture of morning, afternoon and early evening shifts.
- Earliest start 8am, latest finish 7pm.
- Weekend working required approximately 1 in 4 weeks.
- 30-minute unpaid break per shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and digital channels.
- Managing memberships, subscriptions and cancellations.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.
- Promoting memberships, services and current offers.
- Updating customer records and completing administration.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous customer service, reception or sales experience.
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, organised and professional approach.
- Flexibility to work the full rotating shift pattern.
- Right to work in the UK.
