Financial Administrator (Co-Ordinator)

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded financial planning firm looking to welcome a motivated Administrator to its growing team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business delivering exceptional service to advisers and clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Preparing monthly client valuations and supporting review processes
• Contacting product providers to obtain plan information for new and existing clients
• Scheduling client review meetings and assisting with report preparation
• Liaising with providers and stakeholders to progress client transfers
• Managing team diaries and coordinating client and prospect meetings

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has excellent organisational and time management skills
• Has exceptional attention to detail and is proactive under pressure
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team
• Ideally has previous experience within financial services or an IFA environment
