Our client is looking for a Financial Adviser to join their established team in this St. James's Place Partner practice. This is a hybrid role, with only 3 days in the London office. They are looking for candidates with over 3 years of SJP experience in a previous practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with an established book of high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions
• Advise clients on investment strategies, asset allocation, retirement planning, tax strategies and wealth protection
• Generate new business by proactively seeking out new clients and building your own client base
• Conduct detailed financial planning assessments, identifying clients' needs and offering solutions
• Regularly review and adjust clients' portfolios based on their changing needs and market conditions
• Ensure all recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and maintain thorough records
• Work closely with marketing, business development, administration and paraplanning teams

Requirements

• Hold a QCF Level 4 Diploma (minimum) - Level 6/Chartered status would be advantageous
• Have a degree in a relevant subject
• Proven track record as a Financial Adviser with a strong client base
• Experience delivering holistic advice to high-net-worth and complex clients
• Passionate about providing exceptional client service and thriving in a team environment
