Financial Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join a high-performing wealth planning team, servicing high-net-worth clients based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. You will provide expert, tailored advice on investments, estate planning, tax and retirement strategies while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial reviews and develop strategic, personalised plans
• Advise clients on investment, tax, trust, estate and retirement planning
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW clients
• Supervise and support staff, including administrators and paraplanners
• Grow the client base through referrals and networking

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Adviser with HNW clients
• Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent; Chartered status preferred
• Strong knowledge of UK financial products, markets and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
