Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor (12 hours) at Bluewater. No retail experience is required, just a commitment to being a true brand ambassador who is passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused, sharing products with a warm and personal touch.

What You'll Be Doing

• Warmly welcoming every customer and discovering their needs through friendly conversation
• Delighting customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, checking for allergens throughout
• Closing the sale and confidently recommending additional products such as gift bags
• Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till
• Supporting the team with deliveries and stock management
• Maintaining the appearance of the store and café areas, including preparing hot and cold drinks where applicable
