IFA Administrator - Farnborough

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a busy and professional Financial Services team based in Farnborough, Hampshire. Working closely with Financial Advisers, clients and product providers, you will provide comprehensive administrative and client servicing support, with a particular focus on new business processing and case management. This role would suit an experienced IFA Administrator or Financial Services Administrator looking for a new opportunity within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Process new business across investments, ISAs, GIAs, bonds, pensions and protection
  • Manage client cases from initial submission through to completion
  • Monitor and maintain the new business pipeline
  • Liaise with Financial Advisers, clients and product providers
  • Chase outstanding information and documentation
  • Deal with new business queries via telephone and email
  • Raise new business invoices
  • Arrange and book annual client review meetings
  • Maintain accurate client and case records
  • Ensure cases are progressed within agreed timescales and SLAs
  • Provide a consistently high level of client service

About You

Previous experience within an IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment and a strong understanding of Financial Services administration, ideally including new business processing/case management, knowledge of investments/pensions/ISAs/GIAs/bonds/protection, excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and time management, and confident communication skills. Experience across all product areas is not essential.

Qualifications

5 GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4 including Maths and English; CII or other Financial Services qualifications advantageous but not essential.
