We have a fantastic opportunity for an Independent Financial Adviser to join our client's firm based in London. This organisation is recognised as one of the UK's largest Chartered Financial Planning firms and provides clients with independent, whole-of-market advice and tailored, evidence-based financial solutions, including retirement planning, wealth management, protection and investment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and expanding a client portfolio with organisational support, ensuring client records are maintained accurately
• Providing ongoing financial advice in accordance with all regulatory requirements
• Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify suitable financial solutions aligned with clients' needs
• Generating new business opportunities through referrals and professional networks
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues to uphold the organisation's values, standards and culture

Skills & Attributes

• Commitment to undertaking advanced professional qualifications and progressing towards Chartered status
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and products
• Ability to assess and interpret the needs and objectives of clients
