About the Role
Just in Case is looking for a confident, proactive and sales-driven Retail Sales Advisor to join the team at Bluewater Shopping Centre, Greenhithe. Just in Case specialises in premium smartphone accessories, screen protection and personalised products.
This is an active, sales-focused role, not simply a position behind a till. You will approach customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable products and turn conversations into sales.
What You Will Do
- Proactively engage customers and generate sales opportunities
- Demonstrate and recommend smartphone accessories and protection products
- Work towards individual and store sales targets and suggest relevant additional products
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain high store presentation standards
- Support stock organisation, transactions and day-to-day store operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales or another customer-facing sales role is required
- Confidence approaching customers and starting sales conversations
- A proactive, reliable and commercially driven attitude
- Good communication skills and motivation to achieve targets
- Full-time availability, including weekends on a rota
- The ability to commute reliably to Bluewater for scheduled shifts
Experience with mobile accessories is not required - full product training will be provided.
