£45,000 - £55,000 DOE

their own transport will be considered

Westin Par is recruiting a Lead Health & Safety Advisor for a growing Health & Safety
consultancy serving clients across Kent, London and the South East.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Health & Safety professional from an
operational environment such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics,
facilities management or utilities who enjoys providing practical, commercially focused
advice.

The Role

• Deliver Health & Safety consultancy and compliance support to a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct Health & Safety audits, inspections and site assessments.
• Produce and review Risk Assessments, RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.
• Advise on Health & Safety legislation, compliance and best practice.
• Support CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline accreditations.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor junior team members and support technical quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 Occupational Health & Safety qualification.
• NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 5/6 or equivalent.
• Practical Health & Safety experience gained within industry.
• Experience producing Risk Assessments, RAMS and Health & Safety
• documentation.
• Strong communication, auditing and report-writing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• Fire Risk Assessments.
• CDM and construction experience.
• Legionella Risk Assessments.
• ISO 45001, ISO 9001 or ISO 14001.
• CHAS, SafeContractor or Constructionline.
• Training delivery experience.
• Chartered IOSH.

• £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
