As a sales person you are the most important person to make sure this happens!

Responsibilities

In the store, together with the team you:

• Initiate contact with the customer
• Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at all customer touchpoints, enhancing the customer experience
• Combine a Customer First focus with store tasks
• Work actively with additional sales in all touch points such as the cash desk, fitting room, on the floor and other areas of interaction
• Work actively to reach both store common and individual goals
• Take an active part in developing own skills and performance, contributing to a good working environment
• Cooperate with all colleagues. Give and receive feedback in a constructive way
• Act according to Lindex values and steering documents
• Continuously improve working methods within the role
• Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results

Hours

8 hours per week. You must be fully flexible for evenings and weekends.
