L'Occitane is looking for a Part Time Beauty Host to join its boutique team at Bluewater, working 16 hours per week.

About the role

Working as part of a team and assisting Boutique management to meet or exceed performance and sales targets, providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience and helping coach new and existing Associates.

Duties may include

• Provide the highest level of service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer
• Meet and exceed personal Key Performance Indicators and motivate other Associates to do the same
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and assist in coaching the team
• Support in-boutique and external customer events
• Support Boutique management with administration and reporting
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions
• Assist in unpacking and checking off new stock deliveries and participate in stock takes when required

The ideal candidate

• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident and effective communication and listening skills
• Previous experience in a retail sales role (preferred but not essential)
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry an advantage
• PC literate to an intermediate level or above
• Reliable, honest and flexible with a positive, friendly attitude
