About the role

Acting as an ambassador for L'Occitane during the Christmas period, providing excellent customer service and effective product selling.

Duties may include

• Provide the highest level of service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience
• Consistently meet and exceed personal Key Performance Indicators
• Maintain excellent personal product knowledge to advise and recommend products
• Support in-boutique and external customer events
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions
• Offer demonstrations, including hand massage, and serve refreshments to customers
