Michael Kors is looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead the team within the John Lewis host store at Bluewater. This is a hands-on leadership role covering people, sales, service and operations, working in a creative, fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll do

• Inspire, coach and support the team to build a culture of accountability and high performance
• Meet and exceed sales goals, playing an active role on the selling floor
• Lead the team to deliver inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
• Keep the shop-in-shop and stockroom well maintained, organised and accessible
• Collaborate with the District Manager and wholesale marketing team on visual merchandising and sales opportunities

What you'll need

• Proven experience in retail and team leadership within a dynamic environment
• Comfort with technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs and Microsoft Office
