We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our brand new Bluewater store in a flexible part-time position. As a brand ambassador, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inspiring and memorable in-store experience, with a genuine passion for fashion, people and sustainability. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing brand, be part of a new team, and contribute to an exciting store launch.

Day to Day, You'll Be

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
• Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in-store product.
• Following and achieving the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring assigned areas are kept in presentable condition.
• Maintaining consistent product knowledge, with the ability to cross-sell and offer styling solutions.
• Processing point-of-sale purchases and handling returns.
• Supporting with visual merchandising and suggesting ways to improve sales through it.
• Actively contributing to the company's commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

About You
