Operations Manager / Finance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing, regulated financial services business based in London. You will work closely with the Directors, bridging the gap between strategic planning and daily execution across finance, compliance, HR and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile business income within the CRM system and assist with preparation of management and company accounts
• Process monthly payroll and ensure P11D compliance
• Submit regulatory returns and maintain Appointed Representative compliance
• Coordinate board meetings and support delivery of the business plan
• Manage recruitment activities, employment contracts and staff reviews

About You

• At least 5 years' experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Administration role within a regulated business
• Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
• Degree-level education; Level 4 Diploma, PRINCE2 or accounting qualification desirable
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel
