I am working with an independent family owned company who believe their people are the key to their success, and are actively searching for a Branch Manager to join their team situated in Farnham.

My client is a retail opticians and audiology business, founded in 1928 and have grown to over 35 stores, all special and unique.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the customer relationships, ensuring customer levels of satisfaction remain at their targeted level
• Deliver business results by promoting strategies within branch to enhance performance
• Planning for the future. Setting and achieving realistic business goals by establishing priorities, actions and milestones
• Guiding your team, ensuring they remain motivated and continue to excel within their defined roles
• Oversee the daily operations and management of the optical branch
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

• Qualified Dispensing Optician
• Fully Registered with the GOC
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Knowledge of optical products, services, and industry trends
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
