GR Employment is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Packing Operatives to work in Wellingborough. At Libman Brands, people and manufacturing are at the core of the business, proud to support UK manufacturing and the local area. Their hero brand Dishmatic is a household name worldwide.

Candidates should speak good English to comply with Health & Safety and understand the job role. The role may involve operating and maintaining production lines, packing, machine operating, and other warehouse tasks as required.

Working Shifts

• Morning Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm — £12.71 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm — £13.22 per hour
• Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am — £13.73 per hour
• Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid and 2 x 15 minutes paid

• Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution to quality standards
• Follow Health & Safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and performance targets
• Perform additional warehouse tasks and duties as directed by supervisors
• Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors to meet daily targets

Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliability; excellent attention to detail; ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; prior similar experience preferred; strong team player.
