Our client is looking for a talented Paraplanner to join their team based in Birmingham, providing quality and accurate administrative and research support for both clients and advisers. Hybrid working is on offer from their Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Advisers and their clients in all parts of the financial advice process
• Build and maintain quality professional relationships with clients
• Be a point of reference and knowledge for the Support team, assisting with training and development
• Build and develop relevant product and market awareness
• Maintain a personal development plan, focusing on the acquisition of Level 4 diploma as a minimum standard

Essential Qualities

• Fully Diploma qualified
• Good understanding of the Financial Planning process
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
