Policy And Campaigns Advisor Maternity Cover

Location: London hybrid
Salary expectation: £28,000 to £30,000
Application deadline: Sunday 29th November

This is a full-time role. This is a 6 month maternity cover.

The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) is the UK's leading public health membership and education charity. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Policy and Public Affairs team, and play a key role to shape policy, generate evidence and influence decisionmakers on some of the most pressing public health challenges facing the UK. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can join immediately to help us make the impact we want to see in the first six months of 2027.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Policy & Campaigns Advisor to support the delivery of RSPH's Policy and Public Affairs strategy. Working as part of a proactive and ambitious team, you will help develop policy positions, produce high-quality evidence and insight, and deliver campaigns and influencing activity designed to create positive change in public health.

You will have the chance to lead on key policy areas, support major policy projects across the organisation, and contribute to RSPH's public affairs, stakeholder engagement and media activity. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build relationships across the public health sector and work directly with policymakers, partners and opinion-formers to influence policy and practice.

Deadline: Sunday 29th November 2026.
