This is an incredible opportunity to join Thanet District Council's Tenant and Leaseholder Services as a Resident Engagement Officer. We're embracing the exciting social housing reforms and the landmark Social Housing Act 2023, putting our residents at the heart of everything we do.

It's all about engaging residents and influencing positive change.

We're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive individual to help us ensure our residents feel heard, valued, and empowered to influence improvements. You'll be instrumental in fostering strong relationships, working in partnership with tenants and leaseholders, and developing innovative ways to deliver the highest quality services. This includes coordinating and delivering effective public consultations, gathering valuable feedback, and ensuring resident voices are central to our decision-making.

We believe in a flexible approach to our work, always striving to provide safe, secure, and well-maintained homes. By listening and working collaboratively, we can accelerate improvements and tackle future challenges together.
