Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritising guest needs above all else.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on menu planning and product offerings.
• Maintain immaculate shop presentation, stock rotation and freezer management.
• Operate till systems efficiently and accurately.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and cash-up processes.
• Assist with deliveries, stock checks and inventory management.
• Wear uniform and name badge at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about COOK's products, including their origins and culinary applications.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours across a 12-hour weekly schedule.
