There's more to COOK than food: our shops play active roles in the communities they serve, thanks to the warmth, knowledge and care of our Retail Team. We are looking for remarkable people to join us who can host customers in the shop just like they would at home.

The Role

• Offer remarkable service — the customer always comes first
• Use your knowledge to help customers plan menus or advise on catering for occasions
• Keep the shop immaculate, clean and spotless, with stock replenished and rotated
• Operate the till efficiently and accurately
• Understand the shop paperwork and legal checks
• Support the local delivery service, Click and Collect and traditional shop sales
• Support your Shop Leader and fellow team members
• Open and close the shop; check in deliveries and assist with stock taking
• Look smart with apron and name badge at all times

Good to Have

A passion for food (we'll train you on our products); previous retail or customer-facing experience is a bonus but not essential.
